- You must have selected to run the Series (or individual races) Virtually when registering.
- Athletes may transfer live registration to the virtual race before the actual race date. You must contact RAS to switch to Virtual up to 1 day before the race date.
- Shirt for the race is not guaranteed if you register after shirt cut-off date for that race.
- No personalized bib if you register after bib cut-off date for that race.
- You may run your Virtual race at any time after you register, and complete it up to a week after the live race date for that race
- You are expected to pick up your packet at in-person packet pick-up for each race or have someone do it for you, unless you make other arrangements.
- There will be an in-person packet pick-up for each race where you can pickup up your shirt, bib and medal, details will be on the Packet Pick-up page of each race’s website. Be sure to check your packet before you leave the location and ask for your medal, volunteers won’t know unless you ask.
- If you prefer to have your packet and medal mailed, there is a charge for shipping. Contact us for details.
- Race packets including shirt, medal and bib that are requested to be mailed will go out about 3 weeks after the date of each race. Contact us to check on your packet if you do not receive it by 4 weeks after each race date.
- The Virtual Race Participant Verification form must be completed and submitted no later than 14 days after the event date.
- Race results must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the date of the live race. Virtual runners will not be included in official race results.
- When you submit your Verification form, you will be sent confirmation of form submission. You will not receive any other confirmation.
- There are no refunds, bib transfers, or deferrals allowed for virtual race registrations.
- Results submitted are only used for Series Finisher tracking. No awards such as age-group awards, etc will be given based on virtual results submitted.
- Your Texas 5K Series finish will be classified as a virtual Texas 5K Series finish if any of the races completed is a virtual one.
